PEEK melts at 343 °C. A general-purpose molder applying commodity-plastic experience to PEEK is handing you the tuition bill. We do high-temperature engineering plastics only, and we run every step to specialty-plastic standards.
Material specialists control grade selection, drying, mold temperature and shrinkage compensation. International brand grades and domestic alternatives are evaluated side by side — no guessing.
Send a 3D drawing and within 48 hours you get DFM analysis, a gating proposal, Moldflow assessment and a quotation. Critical projects get a video review — decisions don't wait a week.
Rapid tooling delivers first samples in 7–15 days, with flexible small-batch molding from 1 to 5,000 pieces. Validate the design without gambling on a hard tool.
Moldflow first, full-dimensional first-article FAI, key dimensions under SPC with CPK ≥ 1.33, and material certificates with the shipment.

High-temperature tool steel, hot-runner and conformal temperature control, mirror polishing — engineered for a 360–400 °C melt.

| Material | Key properties | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|
| PEEK | PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) 260 °C continuous use, self-lubricating and wear resistant; carbon- or glass-fibre reinforced grades available. | Our main material, with a dedicated process database. |
| PEI / Ultem | PEI / Ultem (Polyetherimide) High strength and high dielectric strength, inherently flame retardant. | Aerospace cable supports, precision structural parts. |
| PPS | PPS (Polyphenylene sulfide) Chemical resistant, excellent dimensional stability, low water absorption. | EV power connectors, sensor housings. |
| PPA | PPA (Polyphthalamide) High-temperature polyamide, good strength above 150 °C. | Automotive under-hood and e-mobility parts. |
| PPSU | PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) Hydrolysis resistant, steam-sterilizable, high impact. | Medical devices, water-treatment components. |
| PSU / PES | PSU / PES Transparent high-temperature sulfones with good hydrolytic stability. | Sterilizable housings, fluid-handling parts. |
| LCP | LCP (Liquid crystal polymer) Very low shrinkage and excellent high-frequency performance. | 5G and semiconductor connectors. |
| PTFE / PCTFE | PTFE / PCTFE Extreme chemical inertness and low friction. | Corrosive-media and sealing components. |
| PPO / PBI | PPO / PBI Dimensionally stable engineering blends; PBI for the highest temperature duty. | Supporting grades for demanding thermal environments. |

Read moreIt depends on the number of cavities, part complexity, mold steel and hot-runner configuration. A simple single-cavity tool and a multi-cavity hot-runner tool sit in very different price bands. Send us your 3D drawing and you get a specific quotation with a breakdown of what drives the price within 48 hours.
A standard single-cavity tool takes about 20–30 days. When you need to validate a design quickly, our rapid tooling option delivers the first samples in 7–15 days.
Mainly H13 hot-work steel, S136 / STAVAX mirror-finish corrosion-resistant stainless, and NAK80. Critical parts are vacuum hardened to HRC 52–56, and contact surfaces are nitrided, TiN coated or chrome plated to resist corrosion. Tool life is 300,000–500,000 shots with normal maintenance.
Yes — it is mandatory. PEEK is dried in a desiccant dryer at 150 °C for 3–6 hours and residual moisture must be held below 0.02 %. Otherwise you get bubbles, silver streaks and loss of mechanical properties. We run dedicated desiccant drying systems.
Yes. For design validation we build soft or aluminium tooling and run from 1–100 pieces. Small-batch production runs flexibly from 100 to 5,000 pieces.
Yes. We keep Victrex 450G / 450CA30, Solvay KetaSpire KT-820 / KT-880 and Evonik VESTAKEEP grades on hand as standard references, and we can also recommend domestic grades that meet the same performance targets when budget matters.
